Store Policies

  • All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Blush accepts, cash, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and personal checks.
  • There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.
  • There is a 24 hour alteration inspection policy. If you are worried that the dress can not be altered properly, you can take the gown to a seamstress/tailor for inspection. If they determine the gown can not be altered properly, you may return the gown for a refund. Customer is liable for any damage done to gowns taken out of the store for alteration inspections.
  • Short term lay-away is available. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required, with balance due and gown pick-up made within 30 days.
  • Alterations are not available through Blush. We do work with a local seamstress who can meet with you at Blush, however, she is an independent contractor and we are not responsible for any workmanship or damage done through any outside services .We are happy to recommend the services of other reputable seamstresses in the Hampton Roads area.
  • All gowns are sold “as is.” Please inspect your item carefully prior to purchase.
  • Professional cleaning and pressing service is available through Blush, but not included in the purchase price of the gown.
  • Veils and headpieces ordered through Illusions require a 30% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due upon arrival of merchandise.
